How to exchange size

Heat Experience does not cover the cost of returning / changing sizes.

1. Fill out the return form that came with your order confirmation. You can also download the form HERE. Enter which items you return and the desired Product / size.
2. Place the items you are returning and the form in original packaging with all labels hanging on it. Do not tape or write directly on the product packaging. NB: Feel free to send a package with tracking. Then we have a better overview in case there should be problems with the return.
