Product care
- Take care to avoid submerging your insoles when cleaning.
- Use a damp cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap to clean the exterior.
- Air dry only – be sure to remove the rubber protector from the charging port.
- Allow the connector dry properly before use.
Letting the connector air-dry fully prevents moisture from building up inside.
Battery care
- Charge it every 2–3 months, even when not in use.
- Store it at 50–80% charge for long-term battery health.
- Charge after use – it’s a simple way to care for the battery.
- Avoid draining it completely too often – topping up is better.
- Only charge when dry and undamaged, and never leave insoles charging unattended.
